Yes, we are pleased to make hotel reservations for your trip! In particular, at Virtuoso and other premium partner hotels, we frequently include VIP facilities, and there is no charge to book a hotel solely. Do not be reluctant to contact us for your upcoming hotel only reservation!

You can get involved however much or little you choose. We are adaptable and willing to cooperate as you see fit. To get to know each other and learn about your project, we like to start with a brief phone conversation. As soon as you return these documents to us, we will begin planning your vacation. We will then give you our client paperwork for inspection and approval (containing credit card information, terms and conditions, profile information, etc.). In order to make sure everything is prepared for your arrival, we will confirm all services with our local partners in advance of your trip (hotels, guides, drivers, etc.). We will closely monitor your progress throughout your journey and be on hand to make amends if something is not quite right.
